From the first quote to salary day. One phone.
This page is the whole of InstaJack: the loop every small firm runs from day one, the packs that join when the firm grows, and the four rules none of it ever breaks. No computer. No office. No second shift at the kitchen table.

Build the quote
Standing on the job, from your own price book — your prices, your specs, VAT your way.
Quote #1042 · built on siteSend it on WhatsApp
One tap — the quote leaves from your own WhatsApp, the number your client already answers.
Sent · from your numberThe client approves
He reads the lines, the VAT, the total — and taps Approve on the link. Nothing to install.
Approved · on the linkInvoice & get paid
The approved lines become the invoice as they stand — bank details on it — and the payment closes the loop.
Paid · receipt sentThe first loop, running. It never changes — everything below either deepens it or joins it.
Four chapters. Each ends where the next begins.
Every firm runs this loop from its first day — and all four chapters are Core, free forever. Here is each one three ways: what you do, what your client sees, and what lands in the app.

1
Build the quote
The quote is finished standing on the job — not rebuilt at the kitchen table that night.
Watch a quote get builtWhat you doTap the job, set the measure, pick the spec. Your price book already holds your rates — your prices, your specs, VAT on or off with one tap.
What your client seesNothing yet. He’s still showing you around the villa — the quote is built before he’s finished.
What lands in the appA proper numbered quote, with a valid-until date and one photo of the job riding on it — the record every later step reads from.
-
2
No portal, no strange app, no “please register to view your quote.”
See the sending, liveWhat you doOne tap. The quote leaves from your own WhatsApp number, as a clean link with the job and the total in the message.
What your client seesA message from a number he knows and trusts — the same thread where you arranged the visit.
What lands in the appThe quote is marked Sent, with its time. The evening re-typing — and the “did I send it?” — ends here.
-
3
The client approves
His tap is the signature — on the exact lines he read.
See an approval landWhat you doNothing. You watch the approval land — usually before you’ve left the street.
What your client seesEvery line, the VAT, the total — and one Approve button. No app, no account, no password.
What lands in the appThe approval, on record, tied to the exact lines he approved. From here the job can be booked and invoiced without a single number being typed again.

Invoice & get paid
The loop closes where it should: in your bank, not in a month of chasing.
Watch an invoice get paidWhat you doOne tap turns the approved quote into the invoice — your bank details already printed on it. When the money lands, mark it paid and the receipt goes out, again by your tap.
What your client seesA proper invoice on WhatsApp, with the bank details on the document itself — nothing to phone and ask for.
What lands in the appThe money panel always knows: who owes, how much, and since when. Reminder drafts are written for you — and only ever sent by your tap.
When the firm grows, these join the loop.
The first loop never changes and never starts costing. Each of these is a switch — off, and its screens don’t exist; on, the day the work calls for it.
Crew
Your men see their day, hear the job spoken in their own language, and tap it done — and a worker’s phone never, ever shows a price.
See the Crew pageBookings
Every job on its day, in three plain bands. A taken morning refuses a second job — politely, in plain words, before anyone is promised.
See the Bookings pageClaims
Progress claims built only from work the client already approved — certificate cuts and retention money tracked to the day, on record.
See the Claims pageService
Every asset remembers every visit — installs, snags, deliveries — so the firm’s history stops living in one foreman’s phone.
See the Service pagePay
Confirmed hours become payslips a man can hear in his language — and the standard salary file your bank or exchange house expects. We prepare it; you submit it.
See the Pay pageFour rules. Nothing in InstaJack breaks them.
These aren’t features. They’re the promises the whole app is built under — on this page in writing, so you can hold us to them.
Packs are switches
Off means the screens are gone — not greyed out, not teasing you to upgrade. Switch a pack off and your app is exactly the solo app you started with. Everything you recorded while it was on stays in your records.
Your numbers are yours
Your prices, your specs, your VAT call. InstaJack remembers the numbers you decided; it never decides a number for you — not on a quote, not on a claim, not anywhere.
Nothing sends itself
Every quote, invoice, reminder and payslip leaves by your tap, from your own WhatsApp. The app drafts and prepares; you decide and send. There is no auto-send hiding anywhere in the building.
A worker’s phone never shows money
Prices, invoices and totals are never sent to a worker’s phone. He sees his jobs, his day, his hours and his own payslip — his slice of the firm, and nobody else’s numbers.
Start free. Add only what the work asks for.
The loop itself
Quotes, invoices, bookings, clients and your price book. The whole first loop — complete on its own.
Crew
Your men’s days, spoken in their languages — per firm, never per man.
Claims
Progress claims from approved work, retention tracked to the day.
Service
Asset histories, snag lists, the diary, deliveries and van stock.
Pay
Spoken payslips and the salary file, from hours your crew already tapped.
Separately the four packs are AED 266/mo — the Everything bundle is AED 199/mo. Yearly is ten months’ price, and the first 50 firms lock their launch price for life.
Before you ask, in plain words.
Do I need a computer for any of this?+
Never. Every step on this page — quote, approval, booking, invoice, a man’s payslip, the salary file — is built for the phone in your hand and finished on it. A bigger screen is a comfort some men like at home; it is never a requirement, and nothing waits for you to “do it properly at the office.”
What does my client have to install?+
Nothing — at any step. The quote approval, the booking confirmation, the claim, the snag list: every client moment is a link on WhatsApp. He taps, reads, and confirms. No app, no account, no password, on his side, ever.
Can I start with just quotes?+
That’s exactly the design. Core is free forever and complete on its own — quotes, invoices, bookings, your clients and your price book. Most firms start there, and add a pack in the month the work first asks for it, not before.
What happens when I add a pack?+
Its screens appear in your app — and only for the people they’re meant for: crew screens on your men’s phones, claims in the office view. Switch it off and the screens leave completely, never greyed-out teasers; everything you recorded while it was on stays in your records.
Is my data stuck if I leave?+
No. Your clients, prices and records belong to your firm — export them any time, in plain files you can open anywhere. If you ever leave, your records leave with you. We don’t sell data, and we don’t lock you in.
Start with the quote. The loop does the rest.
Drop your mobile number in and land in signup with it already typed. Your first quote is thirty seconds away — and the road from it to salary day is already built.
